RETURNS
We guarantee complete satisfaction with your purchase of Decadent Tastes’ chocolates. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your order within one week of receipt. We will send you a prompt refund or replacement, based on your preference.

Include a letter explaining the reason you are returning our product, specifying whether you want a replacement or credit, and send the shipping label from the outside of your package to verify identification.

SECURITY & PRIVACY
Security is a priority at Decadent Tastes, LLC. Your billing and credit card information are absolutely kept private. In addition, we will not sell or share your information with anyone. We may occasionally contact you regarding upcoming promotions or enhancements to our web site. We welcome your comments and suggestions.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within three business days of receipt via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. If you are requesting 2nd Day Air service, please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.

For orders to be shipped to warm weather climates or shipment during the summer, gel packs will be included for an additional charge of $3. All orders shipped during warm weather or in the summer must be sent UPS 2nd Day Air; otherwise, we cannot guarantee products will arrive in tact. These additional charge will be reflected on your final billing statement.

SALES TAX
We do not charge sales tax.
